Eight luxurious resort apartments located only 300 m from a 12 km long sandy beach. The 8 apartments are part of a big complex with all facilities. Investor does not take part in the daily maintenance and operation of these facilities, but benefits from the shared ownership and from the facilities and administration, without any major expenses or risks.

The eight resort apartments make a complete floor with a separate locked entrance in a 8-storey apartment building, which is expected to be started in 2016 and completed in 2017. Each apartment has a separate deed, and it is therefore possible to sell the apartments individually as private condos. The project includes four apartments with a separate small bedroom, kitchen, living room and a balcony facing the sea. One bigger apartment with larger bedroom, living room and kitchen, and three apartments with two separate bedrooms.

The investment, which is paid over 18 months, includes complete furnishing of high standard. Total investment with purchase of all apartments separately is 17.050.000 Baht.

The whole floor of all 8 apartments can be bought together for a total of 15.500.000 Baht.

 

The Tropical Beach Garden

Six luxurious resort apartments in a big resort only 300 m from the beach. The shared facilities in the resort are a restaurant, pool bar, big spa and wellness center, fitness, kid’s playground, 3 shared swimming pools of which one is especially for kids and one is a special pool area for seniors, tennis court, 9-hole mini golf as well as a meeting room. Investor does not take part of the daily operation. The resort is already existing with daily business, and is well-known. The buyer benefits from the ownership, shared facilities and administration without any major expenses and risks.

The 6 resort apartments make a complete floor in a 5-storey apartment building, which is expected to be started in 2016 and completed in December 2016. Tiffani Beach Resort II

Complete resort building with 60 well equipped and well laid-out holiday apartments, each with a separate deed. All apartments are facing the sea with a 10 km long sandy beach only 300 m from the building. The project is divided into the following types of apartments:

  • 24 apartments with a small separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and a balcony
  • 4 duplex mini penthouse apartments
  • 23 family apartments with two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a big balcony
  • 9 apartments with a bigger bedroom, living room and kitchen

This division makes the apartments very attractive for both long-stay seniors, families with kids, and for couples who want something special. All apartments have a balcony facing the sea.

Tiffani Beach Resort II is part of a bigger project with a total of three apartment buildings that share two swimming pools, a restaurant, fitness, massage, meeting room for up to 300 people, coffee shop and a pool bar. Where are the projects located?

All projects are located in Rayong, one of the future developing areas in Thailand for seniors and long-stay visitors as well as tourists who wish to see the authentic Thailand with peace, beautiful nature and clean air and water. The prices are still very attractive for investors compared to other popular areas like Phuket, Hua Hin and Pattaya.

Rayong is the second-most visited tourist destination with 4.2 mill tourists a year. Phuket is the biggest little over 5 mill tourists. But something makes Rayong the authentic Thailand. This fact can be seen from 2 figures that speak a clear language: 3.4 million and 650,000.

3.4 million is the total number of Thai nationals who visit Rayong every year. This means that Rayong easily beats all other tourist destinations as the preferred destination for native Thais. Phuket has only 1.7 mill Thai visitors a year, and therefore Thais are not the majority of the tourists in that area. In Rayong the second-largest group is Germans with less than 50,000 visits per year. All other nationalities in Rayong make only 12-13% compared to Phuket with an astonishing figure of 66% foreigners.

The other figure is 650,000, which is the number of Thai residents in the area. No matter the development of over-seas tourists, it would take a huge change to disturb the picture of Rayong being the preferred destination for Thais, and therefore the word “authentic” is correct because here you can feel the real Thai culture to a degree that is simply impossible in any other holiday destination.
