Description

This apartment is located in the Sea Sand Sun Beach Condominium just 300 m from the 10 km long Mae Rampheung Beach Road.

These studio apartments are all newly renovated with a nice bathroom, a small kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, and it’s possible to stay up to four persons in two double beds.The apartment is also available in a version with a fully equipped kitchen for an additional price of 1,000 Baht/week or 2,000 Baht/month.

The apartments have TV and DVD, and a good balcony, and are fully furnished, also with kitchen equipment.

There’s a very big swimming pool with a big Jacuzzi, and you can walk to the beach 300 m down the road.

The Area

The Rayong province is very popular for people who love authentic Thai culture, original low Thai prices, beautiful and quiet nature and of course a 10 km long sandy beach with shady trees.

Sea Sand Sun Condominium and Tiffani Beach Condominium are located at the beginning of the 10 km long Mae Rampheung Beach just 300 meters down the road. Both condominiums offer swimming pool, reception area and various facilities.

Along the road just outside the resorts you will find various local shops. There's a coffee shop just opposite, small restaurants, convenient stores, food stalls and a laundry.  There is 1,200 m to a local fresh food market. Just 15 minutes away you will find Rayong City with big modern shopping malls and department stores as well as big local markets. If you want to explore the area, then there are many activities and attractions to choose from.
