This big apartment offers excellent value for money. It’s perfect for a family or for two couples. There are two balconies and lots of space for some indoor family life.

There is one separate bedroom and a big living room with a good kitchen, where you can cook your own meals. The sofa in the living room can be changed to a double bed for two extra persons.

The apartment is also perfect and affordable for a couple, who wants good space and a little extra luxury and privacy, maybe for a long-term stay with a couple of friends coming for a visit now and then.

The Area

The Rayong province is very popular for people who love authentic Thai culture, original low Thai prices, beautiful and quiet nature and of course a 10 km long sandy beach with shady trees.

Sea Sand Sun Condominium and Tiffani Beach Condominium are located at the beginning of the 10 km long Mae Rampheung Beach just 300 meters down the road. Both condominiums offer swimming pool, reception area and various facilities.

Along the road just outside the resorts you will find various local shops. There's a coffee shop just opposite, small restaurants, convenient stores, food stalls and a laundry.  There is 1,200 m to a local fresh food market. Just 15 minutes away you will find Rayong City with big modern shopping malls and department stores as well as big local markets. If you want to explore the area, then there are many activities and attractions to choose from.
