There is one separate bedroom and a big living room with a good kitchen, where you can cook your own meals. The sofa in the living room can be changed to a double bed for two extra persons.

Sea Sand Sun Condominium and Tiffani Beach Condominium are located at the beginning of the 10 km long Mae Rampheung Beach just 300 meters down the road. Both condominiums offer swimming pool, reception area and various facilities.

Along the road just outside the resorts you will find various local shops. There's a coffee shop just opposite, small restaurants, convenient stores, food stalls and a laundry. There is 1,200 m to a local fresh food market. Just 15 minutes away you will find Rayong City with big modern shopping malls and department stores as well as big local markets. If you want to explore the area, then there are many activities and attractions to choose from.
