Lovely modern house built in 2015 located inside the larger VIP Chain Resort, which offers all facilities for a modern holiday resort. The house is located in a small enclosed area of the resort called Oasis Garden II, where 9 houses share a lovely garden with a large pool. The house is the last in the row, which means that it is completely undisturbed with a cozy enclosed terrace.

The house has a combined kitchen and living room with large sliding doors leading onto the terrace, as well as two bedrooms and bathroom. The sofa in the living room can easily be turned into an extra double bed for a couple of guests. There is air conditioning in all rooms. Up on the roof there is a very large rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi. The terrace is half covered, that is, there is both shade and opportunity for sunbathing and morning gymnastics. There is also a small kitchen table with sink, and a large solid table with chairs.

The kitchen is modern to Western standards with fridge / freezer and stove and oven, and the house is perfect for home lovers with home-cooked meals as well as a chat with the neighbors. There is also TV, DVD, cable TV and access to WiFi Internet.

The resort itself offers a large wellness center with massage and personal care, lovely restaurant and pool bar, several pools, various sports activities and is located right on the 10 km long sandy beach. From the house it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the gate at the beach.

The house is sold by a private owner (a dane living in Thailand), as he has already bought a larger house in the same resort. The house is currently leased on a contract that provides a good fixed rental income. The new owner may choose to take over this contract and use the house occasionally, or use the house only for himself.
